We were moving from North Jersey and Mary Ann did an amazing job with educating us on the different areas of Bucks county that would fit our family's needs. She caused electrical problems during a home inspection to sabotage the sale of my home. I had to work very hard to ensure fair treatment of potential buyers. She left lock boxes on my property long after it was under contract, and lets other agents walk in without my knowledge. She is the WORST of realtors and in PA that is a tall pile.

Weichert will not let me cancel the contract when I should have the right to, considering my situation. As of 6/14/18 - very few showing and 1 sale that fell through. I finally pounded it through Weichert's thick heads that my house is not selling and leaving it sitting on the market accomplishes nothing. It took a lot of strong-arming to cancel the 1-year co tract that I was tricked in to. NEVER use Weichert if you are in danger of foreclosure and need to sell fast!
