Buyer beware!! I ordered sheets on October 1st. By October 10th when I still had no sheets or any emails aside from the order confirmation, I emailed the company to see what was going on. It took them two days to respond and they told me it was preparing for shipment, that it takes about two weeks (the confirmation email said I'd have the sheets in 5-7 days). Received bed sheets as Christmas present and by the time we realized they were wrong size, Dream Soft said they wouldn't exchange because it's outside the 30 day window. Understand companies have policies, but not taking an exchange for unopened gift is ridiculous...especially when it's Christmas present that people buy in advance. We tried to exchange once with no luck and tried again today. On today's call they had no record we had called in before. They said they'll "review" and give us an answer in 1-2 days. First call there was no follow up and 2nd call they can't give us answer. I will post update here and happy to increase rating if they're able to take care of unhappy customer. read more

Rude and unhelpful customer service. You are not permitted to speak with the customer service rep, but only to someone who will pass on your issue to the customer service rep. um...?! I recieved incorrect information regarding the return and then they made me jump through hoops to return the item. Do not buy from them. read more

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered sheets in mid January and here it is almost a month later and NO SHEETS. The customer service is ridiculous and gives the impression that they could care less if you EVER receive your order. I wonder if they are a real company and even supply sheets. I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering a set of sheets. The company charges a premium for a set of sheets. I ordered a set of queen size sheets on June 22 and they promptly withdrew the $127.99 payment for the sheets on June 25th. As of July 16th I have not received the sheets nor have they even shipped yet from what I can tell! I have emailed requesting an update on my order and receive what appears to be an auto response stating that they usually ship within one to two weeks. I ordered two sets of sheets in August and never received them. I contacted them on three separate occasions and they said they would check on the order and contact me with a status as to which they never did. I filed a complaint with PayPal, and they twice canceled the refund to PayPal. Looks like they stole 240.00 from me and will probably get away with it. Professional scam artist. I ordered sheets on 06/04/2018, received email saying the order went to the warehouse on 06/05/2018 and then NOTHING. I sent several emails back and forth and was told there were "unexpected delays" and that the order should be sent in "a couple of days". Well on 06/30/2018, I finally decided enough is enough and demand a full refund of my money since still no delivery. I guess I was lucky 3 years ago to actually receive an order I placed from these people. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Ordered Split king bed sheets. Was sent queen bedsheets. Order was changed to say queen bedsheets. Calling customer service is absolutely useless. When I called to get a return authorization for the wrong size sheets the rep could only pass on my information through email to their customer service email address. The follow up email regarding the return asked if the item was taken out of the package, and I replied that it hadn't and it was only the wrong size. I asked for the return authorization. It has been three days and they haven't sent the return authorization to me so I can send the other sheets back. I ordered the correct size sheets and followed the instructions in the email confirmation to call the company for expedited shipping, and they said again all they can do is send my request to the customer service email. I'm beyond frustrated that they have a customer service center that is apparently run by a computer and have no authority to view, modify, or help customers with their orders. read more

I ordered a robe in early December 2013 for my husband. It arrived and I followed the washing instructions. It shrunk over a size and was not wearable then for my husband. I returned the item, according to their directions. They said they never got it. Further follow up on my part- then they said oops, they did receive it. I wrote a letter December 19, with the return, requesting a full refund. They finally, after many calls, send a 'payment', not a 'refund' to my Pay Pal account February 2014- which then charged me a fee for receiving the 'payment'. The Dreamsoft Bedware organization is sleezy, not reputable and dodges their responsibilities as to customer service. I would NEVER do business with them again- and I advise you not to either. Took about two week or so to get product. Decided I do t want anymore because it was a gift. The product was poor quality for the $200 sheets. Emailed to return and they agreed but was very nasty and wouldn't pick up shipping. I wouldn't recommend to anyone! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would have. Received open sheets. When I tried to return-they will not accept return as sheets were open!! Customer service is useless-cannot actually speak to anyone-they take your info and send you an email, even though you requested a call back. Would never buy ANYTHING from them. read more

Worst online purchase experience ever! Customer service is horrible! Placed $300 order 8/4/16 - today is 8/12/16 and it still has not shipped and customer service does nothing except tell you they will send email to check status as they can't even pull up orders and then it takes 24-48 hours for response to email.
