Has a backwards approach and literally takes you for every penny if you can afford it. Mandi claimed she wanted to match my hair (appointment 1) $475 lowlighted it and toned it. Easily $50 but took her 4 hours because I had to wait between clients. I had hair to tie in. She claimed it was an old style although it was from a new salon in Delray Beach.. newly purchased hair. But I said okay. Match me let's do it.
She then charged me $575 for 1 pack of hair to which she matched. And was not the color I agreed to. But the color she made my hair, I had to then wait a week before the hair was delivered and then sewn in .. it never matched.. I had asked for more blonde originally so she agreed to do a partial around my face. BEFORE that 3RD apt in 3 weeks. I told her my hair did not match. I was not happy with results. When i went the next day, she agreed. And my toner "washed" out. My hair is a warm blonde and the extensions super ashy, I looked insane.
Instead of fixing me? She told me I was 6 mins late she had other people coming in and she didn't have time for "what needed done to my hair"
I said well now we are at around $1300 for my hair total and tbh it looks so bad let's just see if we can fix it. She hesitated and said. Maybe I'll have you come back another day. after I had left my 4 and 2 year old THREE APPOINTMENTS.
I said my extensions do not match can we just make it look ok and make sense. I asked her to dye them to match she said she couldn't bc the hair would break. She offered nothing at this point so I got up and left before wasting anymore TIME and Money.
I have a small claims court for the hair and service for the total cost.
Oh, and the hair she told me cannot be dyed. Bc it'll break off. And when I curl it stinks. Meaning it is not real! If she's selling under Bellami shes definitely not putting that same hair in.. it is synthetic and it stinks. It smokes when curled.
