After the wrapping was finished and I went to pay, he told me the total was $65. I asked if that included tax or wrapping, but he said he had told me $65 from the beginning. I didn't argue because I didn't have time, but on the way home I felt uncomfortable about the experience because I genuinely believed I was buying a $45 bouquet. Even if I somehow misunderstood the price, I still question whether it makes sense to recommend a bouquet that far above a customer's stated budget in the first place.
