If I could give Drakelands 10 stars I would. I have never knowing a Nursing Home to take care of the residence with such care and respect. The staff go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure the needs of the residence are met. It's a very difficult thing to do to put an elderly loved one into a Nursing Home especially with all the cases out there of abuse and neglect. However, Drakelands have set the bar when it comes to how a Nursing Home 'should' be ran. Anytime my family and myself have visited my Grandmother here, we have had nothing but positive things to say. The nurses and carers are without a doubt the best out there and the owner genuinely cares. I only hope there's a bed available here when I'm elderly. Knowing first hand the impeccable care my Grandmother is receiving at Drakelands, I'd gladly live there when I'm her age. read more
