My son was assigned Megan bond to defend him over a year ago even though she didn't seem to be…read moredoing anything we trusted she had a plan and was working on something. I couldn't be more wrong. She wasn't doing anything. She has not returned a call he has made not one. She don't go see him except maybe twice in over a year all she said with trial getting closer is I'm not going to help you I'm not calling your witnesses I'm not doing anything then she leaves. Of course my son was very upset he could beat trial with his witnesses tesifing,at least likely. But not only leaving him completely in the dark this whole time but now not gonna help him eathier every court date she continues this, and now the alleged victim took off and nowhere to be found obviously nervous as hell knowing she is lying not wanting to go to court, this should be getting dismissed but she won't ask for that even I mean she has not done one thing. I'd give 0 stars if could. And recently have reason to believe that not only is she not doing a thing but it seems to be she is working with the prosecutor against him. It's a nightmare. So if you or a loved one gets her for a public defender please don't let her near your case your better off with no defence then her trust me on this. I'm not the type to complain or write reviews but with this I just had to I don't want to see anyone else go through the misery we have been going through for over a year. I hope this helps

John Ben Wangberg AKA Ben Wangberg- If I could give him a…read morenegative rating I would. WHAT A JOKE! Can't even put the correct date on a letter to the heirs much less decide if he's the estate's attorney or the personal representative's attorney. Six heirs and at least three different stories! He talks in circles to keep you on the phone to pad your bill, returns phone calls to whom he chooses based on whether or not he thinks he can intimidate the person. Returns calls to the heirs in their 50's and 60's but won't call the ones that are younger. Telling the older heirs that they don't know the law but talking in circles when asked to explain. Holds meetings with the heirs to later change his recollection of the decisions, agreements and comprimises that were made at the meetings. When he's questioned he states what the last meeting cost the estate... you'd think that for $1500 a meeting he would have an assistant or secretary there taking notes! RUN AWAY! DO NOT HIRE!!
