A young lady by the name of "Enya" stepped in and actually singlehandedly made me reconsider not doing business with Target. I was over it until she stepped in and used her awesome customer service and people skills to correct all that had gone wrong while apologizing constantly while she corrected my job and invoice. This job was for my business, very specific and very important! She treated me as if my business was as important to her as it is to me! I appreciate her hard work, dedication, kindness and professionalism! She is truly an "ASSET" to this company, and at this point, an asset to mine as well! Honestly because and ONLY because of her, I'm still a customer and will be using Target Copy Center again in the near future. I think Ms. Enya would be the perfect person to use to train employees on how to properly do damage control and show the customer just how valuable they are to your client base as she did for me! awesome employee and an awesome young lady! Thank you, Ms. Enya! You're a game changer, a lifesaver and a customer's Shero!!!

I left without the quality of customer service that someone ready to place an order should receive. When I walked into my final appointment with a company to print my business cards, I walked into ParisLeaf. Immediately I was greeted with a smile (unlike the other two businesses) and consultation. Another woman even offered me cake that she had brought in from home! The woman who did my consultation provided me with a sample book of all of the papers, weights, inks and shapes of business cards. This was what I was looking for. The staff was so friendly. The kind of friendly you forget actually exists in businesses. They are also young and understand the value of your brand and your visual presentation. This is important to me since my business is all about presentation. After meeting with the three companies, there is not a chance in the world that I would do my business with anyone other than ParisLeaf. I found this company through Yelp and am completely satisfied with my visit.
