The restaurant typically closes at 9 pm, so we came over at around 8:10 pm, but this was not a problem on Monday night - note that the restaurant is very small. While the chef/owner spoke very little English, the menu of about 60+ different dishes had all the dishes written in English, so it was possible to navigate. My colleagues are mostly vegan, so they had no problems finding appropriate dishes (there is a selection of about 10 different dishes without any animal products, including some soups). I had shrimp soup which was delicious with lots of lemongrass, one of my favorite ingredients of Thai cuisine. My entree was called "fried noodle with shrimp" - based on the look and the taste, I would guess that it will be called Pad Thai here in the USA. It was absolutely delicious, I anything but leaked the plate. The experience was so good that we even came back two days later for another dinner. We shared with fried veggies spring roll - was superb, served with tasty sweet chili sauce. I had shrimp and squid entree with noodles, covered in the sauce, a bit like a stew, again absolutely delicious. Excellent service all around. Most highly recommended.

Tortilla chips and salsa are the first thing which appears on the table - the presentation was a bit sloppy and there could've been a bit more salsa, but still, it was a good start. Selection of beer was limited. I wanted to drink local Kuopio beer, and there was only one option available on tap - but it was not bad. My main dish was salmon and shrimp combination with a side of sweet potato fries. Both main dish and a side dish were delicious.
