The food is good compared to some of the other places. Definitely better than Panda Express. They give you more food for the buck and it's tastes just as good if not better. There's a good sized buffet table (just one) stuffed with a wide variety. I rate a Chinese place based on their orange chicken. ..hence no 5th star. Its small tid bits of my favorite that get poured into your tray. They are hard...unchewable..and are unedible. C'mon guys.Chuck those pcs.. I dont want them and Im sure neither does anyone else .. This is my new favorite Chinese food in SD! Awesome prices and great portions! I'm all about portions and if I say the portions are huge, then take my word for it. I ordered a option C (3 item combo)....Coconut Shrimp, Kung Pao Chicken and Spicy Chicken...and all Chow Mein since I have Brown rice at home. The food is sooooooo good...like incredible good! I paid 8.xx since Coconut shrimp is a dollar extra. The cashier was very nice with a great attitude. The meal was for myself only and I was satisfied after devouring everything. I normally buy Mexican food but have been craving Chinese food lately. I've tried Panda, Pick up Stix, Yummy Express, Nice Food and now Dragon Express......and Dragon express trumps them all! I'll likely be coming back tomorrow for my Bday....I know this isn't fine dining type of food but it's absolutely delicious and at a great price point. My girl and I would always drive by this place and wanted to try it. We got the one item combo from the express line, chow mein & fried rice with coconut shrimp, with Thai tea with boba. We were both given a free egg roll, which was cool. The quality of the food is on par with Panda Express, but less expensive. The boba tea drinks were huge for the price, which we appreciated! The highlight was definitely the customer service! They are very friendly and take care of their customers! We'll be back for sure! read more

Finally had a chance to stop in and try is new Chinese place. Decided to do the buy 3 combos, get 1 free so we could try most of the offerings. We were not disappointed! First off, the service was friendly and so nice! Did the 50/50 on the rice/chow mein, and ordered the Orange Chicken, Crystal Shrimp, BBQ pork, Mongolian Chicken, and Kung Pao Chicken. DO YOU LIKE PANDA EXPRESS??! WELL THIS PLACE IS BETTER!! The panda exp. Down the road is over packed and over priced so just drive that 2 blocks to this gem. It's been fully renovated with UV hand dryers and beautiful clean walls and seats. The coconut shrimp is a dollar cheaper and you get WAY more that that other express place. They are newly open and just waiting to be discovered by this town. Highly recommend going and my husband and I will most definitely being going again for the amazing customer service, food and enjoyment of fast Chinese food!! Caution the homemade sauce in the middle of the table is hotter than it looks but still super great! read more

Friendly service and very clean. The food average to a bit below average. They serve lots of it but had a hard time finding the chicken in the orange chicken. 85 percent breading. This place is awesome! Does it taste like Panda? No. It tastes like real Chinese food and that's what makes this place so good. The chow mein was pleasantly surprising- I thought it looked like spaghetti too but it was not mushy at all and had great flavor. Their honey shrimp tasted fresh, and their bbq pork was tangy and sweet. My boyfriend got the kung pao chicken and it was way too hot for me but he loved it. A less spicy dish would be the jalapeno chicken and it had a ton of flavor. Lastly, the egg rolls did taste exactly like Pandas spring rolls so zero complaint. The food here is amazing! I sometimes go to panda in the mall, and it's ok food. The food here is way better and cheaper! Not greasy at all and it feels like it's made fresh (I'm not a food expert so it could be pre-made for all I know). They give you a good portion of food and it's quality stuff.
