The server was sweet and attentive and the food was good enough to satisfy a craving. The spring roll was better than the pho and was served with a good peanut dipping sauce. The pho did not come with the standard plate of additions, nor did they have hoisin or sriracha to add. However, as others have noted, the beef was tender and the broth was tasty enough on its own (though, I prefer to make it quite a bit spicier with jalapenos, lime, and sriracha). Recommended to scratch that itch for Asian food if in Aix. Their dining area is small, but service is solid.
