If I could give them zero star I would!
They got my order wrong TWICE. On both occasions they are a present for a friend. The first time it arrived without a Birthday note despite me including a note in my order. So since there is no mention of the sender (me) my friend ended up uploading a photo of the item on Instagram to ask if anyone sent her anything from Dr Vranjes. It was also not wrapped as a gift but all the gifting bag and ribbons were included in the box. I was so embarrassed to tell her it's from me!
The second order was another nightmare. The birthday present never arrived for almost one month. The representative named Sarah told me that there was a discrepancy with their labelling when it was shipped out and it was only fixed today. Bear in mind that I bought this as a gift for my friend's birthday in August and it's already delayed for a long time and she STILL doesn't have a gift from me.
Last but not least, the supervisor, Gerard is either a liar or just doesn't care about his customers. Having informed him yesterday about my order that was never received, he promised me to give me a call the next day (today) but I did not receive any calls from him. I had to call the customer service myself and spoke with Sarah who said Gerard will call me tomorrow (Saturday) only for me to remind her that their company close on Saturdays (to which she replied "Oh yes, that's right") So again, another lying person in the company who just wants to avoid being held responsible.
Save your money and buy your home scent elsewhere. This company should just close down if they are to treat their customers like this. read more
