Love Sondra the vet here. She speaks great English and fits you in whenever she can. My dogs needed…read moreEU passports and the whole visit for both of them only took an hour. She's super thorough but gentle. When one of my dogs got sick I called and she got us in the same day. She gave him antibiotics and requested if he's not better the next day being him in. After his shot he was good as new! She really took the time in the appointment to listen to me and tried to relieve all of his symptoms. The vet tech/receptionist isn't great with English at all- but when I call she just puts Sondra on if she can. They only take bank card or cash. My EU passports for 2 dogs plus exams were only 120- not as bad as I thought. The last minute appointment I had for my sick dog was only 57- that was with an exam and two antibiotics, plus eye drops. More than reasonable to make my pup feel better! Highly highly recommend for anyone looking for a new vet after moving here.

Her English is pretty good and she has been very good/patient with my boy as he has been in quite a lot the past two months. I highly recommend her! The office is nice and clean and quiet and the assistant there is lovely (her English isn't great but she tries and that's all I can ask for. It forces me to work on my German)! So glad I found them! Thank you!

There is not much I can say about this place as I hate going there (because it is a vet, of…read morecourse!), but they make a vet experience so calming and soothing for my dog and me. It is SUCH a relief to find a place like this in a foreign country that accommodates us so well. Their hours are odd, but understanding as people are at work during the day. They also may do surgeries I am unaware of during these hours. They open at 0930 on regular days and then close late morning and reopen at 5pm for after-work hours for folks. The evening is always relatively full and you have to wait a bit. The mornings are usually not as busy, particularly if you arrive right at 0930 and are the first there. My favorite thing about this vet is their true concern for the animals. My dog has become a regular there with problems with his ears lately and they know him, his situation, and are so kind to him. They check up on him so frequently that I know they are waiting on his mending. They have also just had us come in for a quick check to ensure healing without charging. They just want to make sure the dog is better and not in pain. I respect this place so much for their care and concern. Being a pup-mom is hard enough as is when it comes to illnesses or pain, but this place really puts me at ease. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet. They also can speak English if need-be. This is a relief for me as I am usually under stress when having to take my dog to a vet and speaking German just will never come easy in moments like this.

This one popped up however I was a little put off by the rating. However I was desperate and this place is close to my flat. Frankly the rating is not just at all. Although the vets is only open a few hours in the morning and evening for drop in appointments. The vets are very attentive and knowledgeable and also speak English, which is a relief if German isn't your first language. You can really see they care about your furry friends and often will ask you to come back for checks ups so they can see how they are recovering (I was not charged for any of these check ups). The price is very affordable and they are often busy so I advice getting there just before they open to get an early slot.
