They charged us an extortionate amount of money and then quoted us to re-pipe our house!! We also had rtl out and after two hours without any progress or sign of progress we asked them to leave. Then we called alliance who in one hour fixed the problem! They installed a pressure reduction valve on our water main and problem solved!! Extremely easy to deal with and in hindsight would of saved us a lot of hardship and money if we called them first! The only plumbers for us from now on!

Gerry and Shane did an amazing job on the clean and roof restoration, we knew that there were about 10 tiles that needed replacing and after the clean the boys ended up replacing about 50 tiles. The Apex's on my roof also cracked under the high pressure clean so these were replaced with brand new, stronger Apex capping tiles. Ged gave me confidence that his team would do whatever was needed and that they don't cut any corners. They grinded back all the existing sealer on the capping and completely resealed the roof giving me confidence the job has been done right the first time. We used a high fill primer and 2 thick coats of Nutech Deep Ocean roof paint. I'd highly recommend these guys if you want a quality Brisbane roofing job done that will last the test of time, it was important to me that I was not only happy with the finish now but in 10 years time also. I had multiple quotes and although Brisco was slightly more expensive they were prepared to do more than double the work. Between Ged, Gerry and Shane I had 2 guys here on my roof for 3 days compared to the other quotes that were going to do it themselves in 2-3 days and not re-point the roof. Our roof didn't actually need re-pointing until they used the high pressure clean on it, however I'd prefer for my roof to be cleaned properly so the paint can stick and I know the cheaper quotes would simply just do some touch ups and paint over the cracks, hoping that sealed it enough. I also wanted to go with a company that's more likely to be around if I needed to make a warranty claim. Gerry cleaned the exterior of my house with the high pressure cleaner and left my walls in eaves looking better than when they arrived. Nothing was too much trouble.
