Wonderful Veterinary practice! I recently moved here from California and was looking for a local…read morevet to do a check up & help get us the required documents needed for licensing. We are so pleased to have found Dr. Alice Holzapfel and the rest of the staff here! I was worried because I do not speak German and had a lot of things to discuss with the her. She took her time to explain everything to me in English and helped me obtain what I needed for my furry friend. The practice itself is very clean, organized and well maintained. You can make appointments over the phone or online and the staff is very helpful (even to non German speakers). Dr Holzapfel was GREAT with my dog and made her feel right at home. I have already made another appt with her to hopefully help ease some of my dog's skin issues. Anyone who has owned a white dog knows they need to be seen by a vet frequently, as they are proned to skin allergies and infections. I also appreciate that they take a holistic approach when treating their patients. I have already seen a huge improvement in the remedy Dr. Holzapfel gave me for her sore paws. I'm so thankful to have found this place! I know my baby is in good hands and will remain a healthy dog in their care!
