Then suddenly in late August 2018 I received an email from Madeline Rose saying that I was a con artist and that I was a man who actually lived in England in a town called Heather. She claimed that she knew this through her spiritual connections and because the voice recording I had sent her was through an app called The Voice Changer, it is an app where it changes your voice into things such as a robotic or a high pitched helium type of voice and you can also record a normal voice. I sent her my voice through this app, as the voice recorder on my phone that came with my Samsung Galaxy S8 does not send to emails. I tried to explain this to madeline Rose and even sent her a video of myself. Madeleine Rose also knew that I had cancer and I'm still suffering from cancer as that was one of my questions when I first did a reading in April. I asked her about my illness. However, she proceeded to call me a liar and all sorts of names and said she wouldn't watch my video as she no longer wanted to deal with me. I was extremely upset and hurt by her accusations. I don't understand why she would email me this months after my reading that I have paid for. I thanked her for the reading in April and went on with my life and my treatment for my disease that I'm suffering with. Please be aware and do not trust this woman. She told me that karma would come to me and claimed she knew I was lying through her spiritual connections. Then, I received an abusive email, in all capitals, yelling at me, saying me I'd wasted her time and money. Nice right? this person gives life advice and yet can't even manage her own reactions. I responded saying I was glad I was cancelling, as I don't want any advice from someone who speaks to ANYONE, paying customer or not, in that manner. She rang that night, and literally said "sorry you caught me at a bad moment, BUT IT WAS ALL YOUR FAULT".....seriously - at that point I just hung up the phone. Such a lack of awareness and grace! seriously - she needs anger management and customer service training - and I seriously would not be taking any kind of advice, life, astrological or otherwise, from this one. Buyer beware. PS - oh - when she finally processed the refund through paypal she signed it off with "light to you".......oh the irony. I laughed and laughed and laughed. And then found an astrologer who is actually civil.
