The staff (administrative and medical) were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. You really couldn't ask for anything more from them. The building is currently undergoing a refurbishment and, despite the best efforts of the staff creates inconvenience. But the parts of the hospital which have been completed look great, modern and functional, clean and new so I guess the short term inconvenience will produce a worthwhile improvement.

The worst. Husband died of suicide…read more Dr Dilks told me to come in if medication is not agreeing with me. I called Thursday morning, they were able to get me in Monday. Called again Thursday EXTREMELY distressed and explained my situation and that Dr Dilks asked me to come in. They told me they had to ask him and will call back. I did not receive a call back. I called triage 3 times to which they said to see my GP as I am a single mum and hospital admittance would be difficult. I presume staff did their job and Dr Dilks decided it was not of importance. Once again. I called THURSDAY and FRIDAY and best they could do for a single mum with history of mental health challenges grieving the tragic SUICIDE of my husband. If I'm not important. No one is. So why bother with them...... Also found out my appointment was a telly health appt. GOOD ONE! SAYS ON MY FILE I DONT TALK ON THE PHONE! I plan on making many many complaints against this doctor and business.

They…read moredidn't argue with me or try to talk me out of anything, and I was able to get on my hormones very quickly. My doctor Nick is very caring and understanding and has done a lot for me. The reception is always kind and helpful. The doctors aren't always on time but not their fault. I would recommend!
