I've been wearing glasses since I am 5 so me and eye doctors go way back. In addition I have macular degeneration in my family so I am a bit of a hypochondriac when it comes to my eyes. I have never had a more thorough exam in my life. I saw equipment I've never seen before and photos of my eye like I've never seen. Dr. Franceschetti was hands down, the best doctor I've been to for my eyes. He found something wrong and sent me directly to a specialist...noting that he was not happy with the timing of the appointment I made for myself so he got me in the same day to the specialist. Dr. Franceschetti is one of the nicest people I have met! He made availability for me the very next day when I was having an emergency with my contacts while in Geneva (without another pair). He found the perfect contacts for me which were even better than the ones that I had been previously given by my normal doctor. He also made sure I knew how to care for my eyes and told me how I can improve my vision with contacts more exactly matching my prescription once I got back to the U.S. I'd highly recommend him. They are close to the tram stop and in front of the Hospital (l'hopital de la Tour) and also have parking space.
