We first went to Dr. Morich a year and a half ago when our dog ruptured his cruciate ligament. He performed TPLO surgery which went well and our dog recovered very well. He informed us then that we could expect the dog to rupture the cruciate ligament in the other leg within approximately one year. One and a half years post surgery, he ruptured the cruciate ligament int he other leg as predicted. We contacted our regular vet on a Friday evening who sent an email to Dr. Morich. Even though it appears their offices are closed on weekends, we received an email from Dr. Morich on Saturday asking if we could bring our dog in on Tuesday and to be prepared should he be required to perform another surgery. Tuesday morning we arrived, Dr. Morich confirmed the diagnosis, and immediately took our dog into surgery. He and his staff are very good with the dog and with the owners. He answers all the questions we have, is very good about providing us with the details we need to ensure he has a full recovery. He spends as much time with us as we need and we never felt hurried. We are English speaking and just learning Deutsch, Dr. Morich speaks English very well. Because we have pet insurance through our home base in the US, he also takes the time to provide us the details of the surgery and the billing in English so we can submit this material to the US insurance company.
