Die folgende körperliche Untersuchung dient der speziefischen Erkennung von Bewegungseinschränkungen aller GeIenke. Aus den Informationen der Anamnese und der Untersuchung ergibt sich ein Gesamtbild der Problematik, welches dann durch gezielte Behandlungstechniken gelöst wird. Ich sensibilisiere den Patienten auf Blockierungen, Verspannungen, etc. . Die Selbstwahrnehmung wird gefördert. Dies dient dem nächsten Schritt, welcher aus der Selbstbehandlung besteht. Hierfür benutze ich Übungen, die ich im Laufe der Jahre gelernt habe. Der Patient bekommt eine Behandlung und kann danach eigenständig Übungen durchführen, um den durch die Behandlung neu gewonnenen Bewegungsspielraum zu halten oder zu verbessern. Meine Mitgliedschaft im DVOM (Deutscher Verband für osteopathische Medizin) und mein zertifizierter Abschluss in Osteopathie erlauben es mir Rezepte von gesetzlich Verischerten anzunehmen. It also offers physio, massage, osteopathy and other various treatments. I come here for Pilates which is also subsidised by my health insurance. The class is very friendly. Great teacher. Always come away feeling much better than when I went in so can't be too bad. I like that it's small and less intimidating lol. I can really just amble my way through the class without feeling like a complete unfit freak. It also has a little workout gym where you can pay I think €7 for the week. In that week you can go as often as you like so quite good for those of us who have all joined a gym, been once and spend the next two years trying to get out the contract ;)
