I WAS SCAMED HERE. Don't come here. I came here with a urinary infectin and a letter from the…read morehospital to see a urologist. I paid 50€ they didn't give me a receipt, and i didn't see the he doctor. Was the receptionist that gave the antibiotic. And send me away. The antibiotic was the same that was given to me at the hospital two weeks before and hadn't worked. I did go to here a second time, and they didn't let me see the doctor again, and the receptionist gave me gain another antibiotic. I took two pils of that, and i had to go to the hospital with severe kidney pain. I did go there a thirt time, to see the doctor and tell him what the antibiotics did. And ask for a proper treatment. And the receptionist didn't let me see the doctor. I asked for the receipt of the 50€ i paid for the consultation i didn't have, and she presented to me a receipt of 73,18€, and said that she was giving me the 50€ back, and i had to pay for the new price, with no explanation. And continued to don't let me see a doctor. I insisted multiple times that i paid to see a doctor and i wanted to talk to a doctor, and i had two letters (in german) of the hospital saying that i need to be seen by a urologist. She continuously said no. And i asked why did a paid the 50€, if i did not have seen a doctor. She didn't answer me. A said that i was call the police and suddenly she stopped know i to speak english, and speaked only in german, i'm not a German speaker, i had to call my uncle to help. After i asked the same questions, she gave the receipt of the 73,18€ and continued saying that i couldn't see a doctor, and said that i was ok, and the letters from the hospital specifically said that i had a urinary infection and need to see a urologist. Until she said if i wanted to see a doctor i had to pay more. Since the first i came there i was asking for a doctor and paid the 50€ were asked to me. I did not accept to pay more for something i already paid. And insisted to see a doctor. The answer was the same. I asked for the name of the receptionist, to write a complai, but she didn't give to me. And the other receptionist even said that to me i wasn't being nice. They gave me the receipt and write on it (in german) that i didn't want to see a doctor, which is false, since i came here, and the first thing i said was "i need to talk to a doctor". When i arrived home a i was reading the receipt, and it was described that was done urine exams, blood, feces and expectoration. The only sample they took from me was urine, no blood, feces or expectoration, so it is impossible that they had do all the exams that was described. And the price for the urine sample were 19, 08€. So what was the 50€ for if i didn't get seen by a doctor and i had to buy the antibiotics on thw pharmacy? I didn't get seen by a doctor, i'm worst then i came here, i spent 50€, in something i don't know, and 45€ on antibiotics that was receptionist that gave me and gave me kidney pain.

Die Behandlung meiner Mutter in dieser Praxis stellt für mich ein medizinisches und…read moreorganisatorisches Versagen dar, dessen Folgen wir bis heute tragen. Nachweislich wurden bei Frau Pust frühere Behandlungsunterlagen aus den Jahren 2015 und 2016, die sie selbst erstellt hatte, bei der erneuten Behandlung ab 2022 nicht herangezogen. Eine Auseinandersetzung mit der dokumentierten Vorgeschichte fand nicht statt. Statt einer strukturierten, leitliniengerechten Diagnostik erfolgte über Monate hinweg eine überwiegend antibiotische Behandlung bei anhaltenden Beschwerden. Wir stellten uns am 15.06.2022 gemeinsam zu einem kostenpflichtigen Privattermin vor, da als gesetzlich Versicherte deutlich längere Wartezeiten bestanden hätten. Eine Ultraschalluntersuchung wurde als unauffällig bewertet. Spätere Untersuchungen bei einem Facharztwechsel im Dezember 2022 zeigten jedoch bereits sonografisch Auffälligkeiten und bestätigten kurz darauf mittels Blasenspiegelung einen großen Blasentumor. Eine Blasenspiegelung war in dieser Praxis erst für den 20.12.2022 vorgesehen, obwohl zuvor wiederholt und eindringlich um eine frühere diagnostische Abklärung gebeten worden war. Statt einer zeitnahen Abklärung wurden fortlaufend Antibiotika verordnet, teils auch solche, die zuvor nicht vertragen worden waren oder mit bekannten Vorerkrankungen und der Dauermedikation kollidierten. Mehrere Anläufe waren erforderlich, bis ein Medikament gefunden wurde, das aus unserer Sicht überhaupt vertretbar war. Eine umfassende Aufklärung über Risiken, Wechselwirkungen oder die Folgen häufiger Antibiotikagaben erfolgte nicht. Besonders schwer wiegt für mich, dass neben den medizinischen Versäumnissen auch erhebliche Fragen zur Dokumentation, Abrechnung und zur Einhaltung ärztlicher Pflichten entstanden sind. Nach meinem Kenntnisstand sind diese Aspekte inzwischen Gegenstand staatsanwaltschaftlicher Prüfungen. Auch die Behandlung selbst wird rechtlich aufgearbeitet. Das spricht aus meiner Sicht eine deutliche Sprache. Meine Mutter verstarb am 14.01.2023. Der Leidensweg bis zu ihrem Tod war für uns unerträglich. Aus heutiger Sicht bleibt der Eindruck, dass durch das Unterlassen früher Diagnostik, das Ignorieren der Vorgeschichte und ein Abwarten statt Handeln zumindest die Chance auf einen anderen Verlauf verspielt wurde. Diese Rezension ist kein emotionaler Ausbruch, sondern das Ergebnis belegbarer Aktenlagen, zeitlicher Abläufe und späterer Befunde. Sie soll daran erinnern, dass das Nicht-Hinsehen, das Nicht-Zuhören und das Nicht-Nutzen vorhandener Informationen für Patienten gravierende Folgen haben kann. Ich kann diese Praxis ausdrücklich nicht empfehlen.
