They have emergency care hours on Saturdays so that deserves at least 2 stars alone…read more I came here with my 9-year old son at the beginning of the year and after an hour wait, it was our turn to see the doctor. She was able to help with his pain by flushing out the ear canal, but looking back, I am not convinced that all of the prescribed meds were really necessary. Nonetheless, all of my son's issue were obsolete after a couple of days, so I would definitely return here if necessary.

Also, he is a fluent English speaker which is very imortant to me not having a great grasp of German. I feel extremely grateful to be able call him my GP! Not only is he extremely knowledgable about Western medicine, he is also well versed in alternative treatments, which have been very successful and appreciated. He is very kind and welcoming, and I actually look forward to seeing him and his lovely staff. He goes above and beyond his call of duty to make sure I receive the treatments and medications I need and I've been more than satisfied with his recommendations and referrals. Very happy to have found such a great doctor!
