Absolute disaster. The most incompetent place I have ever put my feet in. First they are convincing you that you cannot do simple virus checks and vitamins in blood tests in Switzerland, that you need to send it on your own costs to Germany. Then they forget to include in blood tests half of the things you discussed. And then for the most simple blood test they are convincing you that you must wait 4 weeks before you see results. Finally, when they give you test kits, they wrongly instruct you how and when to do it. The worst place ever. Find competent people. read more
