It's annoying to be calling several times in order to get through . The Patient time is also valuable. - Big Praxis with ONLY one WC! We need to line up to go to toilet or just to do a simple urine test. Doesn't match the nice environment you are trying to build. - Waiting times can get long.( up to an hour).
