Although the front receptionists were kind and so was the nurse that assisted me, I would NEVER…read morerecommend this place to anyone. Rebecca Guinn has AWFUL bedside manners. The place is unsanitary and HIPPA was violated. The office managers that I spoke with about my concerns could have cared less with what was discussed. (A flimsy plastic cup is provided with no lid to give a urine sample!) A patient's sample before me had not been collected prior to me giving mine, thus seeing that person's name ). I saw in a room they called the lab, the door was wide open (oh there was no door), a lot of other samples sitting on a table. I told someone my sample was in the restroom and needed to be collected along with the other one that I had seen. I also made a comment out loud that I was disgusted and grossed out. A lady in scrubs asked what the problem was; which I told her. She said it was not insanity which I disagreed. (With whatever is in the air and what happens if someone else's urine falls in another cup. I beg to differ.) This was Dr. Rebecca Guinn. She came into my room and I am still disgusted and should have walked out. I will NEVER go there again.

Special shout out to "Nurse Ratched" for closing a gurney side on my foot. As for the quality of care id have been better off at a veterinarian. Also a huge thank you to the same nurse who told me to wait outside after discharge for 5 hours for my family to come get me. If you are unfortunate enough to end up in this ER and get a heavy set white girl with black hair as your nurse RUN!!! She has the worst bedside manner and lowest standard of patient care i have ever seen. Thankfully my family could tell I was unwell and they took me to Baylor where I was admitted.

My husband has been here twice, and I have been once. I went in for what I knew was a broken wrist…read moreonly to be told it was tendonitis and that the x-ray showed no break. I get home, look at the x-ray and can clearly see a fracture on the very bone I pointed to. NP just wanted to give me a prescription for elevated blood pressure, despite the fact that severe pain causes that. All that was done was I was given a prescription for steroids that did nothing but push my blood glucose from pre-diabetic range normal for someone pushing 60 years old to full blown diabetic numbers! And my husband's first visit they told him he had a bruised elbow. A 2nd opinion with an orthopedic Dr. showed he had tennis elbow and severe arthritis. And then today, I took him in to get x-rays because he was in a bad wreck and his pain had gotten worse in his spine. They actually told us that they couldn't charge his insurance, and we would have to pay cash up front because of it being a wreck. And that it would begin at $250 and could go up to over $600. We went to the local ER and got a CT scan instead of xray and was given the option to use his insurance or not. $110 co-pay and insurance claim made was much better than what Intergrity offered. AND he got better care because I have a feeling he would have been told he had tendonitis and just given dangerous steroids. I told them when we left today that I had given them 3 chances and I was done and would not be back. This place is a JOKE! I'd visit my dog's vet before I'll return here.

Used to be great place. Now staff is super rude, unprofessional. Trying to force covid test. If…read moreyou refuse they say they can't treat you. Because they can't rule everything else out. I would highly recommend some other facility. They do not care about you anymore. It's all about the money for them. And just so you know I have used and loved them since they opened. For my whole family.. This is very disappointing

I'm getting closer to 40 and didn't yet have a PCP so I asked for recommendations from my family…read more There is one name came up time and time again, Carla Harris. I decided to make an appointment with her (even though she wasn't in network) so I could see what all the hype was about. After meeting her once it was obvious that I would pay whatever price to establish care with her. NP Harris is the kind of practitioner most patients have convinced themselves doesn't exist because we've all had such terrible experiences with medical professionals throughout our lives. Carla Harris spends time with you, she takes the time to answer all your questions, she goes over every side effect, she doesn't make you feel rushed, she doesn't make you feel like "just another patient." Carla Harris makes you feel seen and heard, I feel incredibly lucky to have found her. It also feels appropriate to mention that I've only had positive experiences with the office and nursing staff as well. Everyone I've interacted with has been patient, professional and courteous.

At any of the Medical Associates of Navarro County offices, you evidently have to complete an…read moreapplication in order to become a patient. I completed an application and submitted it over a week ago, and have yet to hear anything back. I called after about 5 business days had passed and was told it could take from one to two weeks before the physician even REVIEWED my application. I have never heard of this before -- having to apply to become a patient. So, as of now, I have no primary care physician, which means if I need medical attention, it will have to come out of my own pocket, as my insurance will only cover medical services either with a primary care physician or someone my primary care physician has referred me to. This is very unnerving for me, as I am 70 years old and have diabetes.

She yelled my name twice and proceeded to be rude and didn't listen to a word I said. I had to correct her at least five times about what was wrong and and the location of my pain. I never saw a doctor, I hope he doesn't submit a bill. I will keep an eye on my EOBs. A nurse came in and said my right shoulder was broken. I can promise you I will drive to Waxahachie or Dallas next Time.

The woman at the front desk was very rude and uncaring. She ask me my name so I handed her my ID and insurance card. She would not even look me in the eye and refused to even look at my id and kept repeating the word-- name. I kept saying my name is on the id it's a difficult last name to spell. After a few minutes of this my son told her my name. She then checked me in and said wait in the lobby. After sitting there for some time they called me in the room to check my blood pressure. Then I sat back out in the lobby. Then two more walk ins came in. She looked at THEIR IDs. I was so confused. Why did she refuse to look at my id when I came in but did look at the other peoples id who came in after me? Then one at a time the other walk ins were called to the back to see the doctor BEFORE me. I finally got very upset and ask why the other walk ins were called back before me. This girl runs out and says I'm sorry it's ok and she brought me back into that room and took my blood pressure a second time but left me in that room alone with the blood pressure thing on my arm for a VERY long time. I finally got up and ripped it off my arm and she came running back and saying wait wait and I said I'm not waiting no more open this door and let me out. I left after telling the woman at the front desk how rude I felt she was. Now I actually get a bill in the mail??? For what? Your facility did NOTHING for me! I drove to the hospital in Ennis to get treated. Your facility in a word-- Unprofessional. Unkind and uncaring staff. TERRIBLE. NOW THEY ARE ACTUALLY TRYING TO BILL ME! SCAM! I GOT A LETTER IN THE MAIL SAYING THEY INVESTIGATED THIS INCIDENT AND WILL RETRAIN THE INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN MY INCIDENT AT THEIR HOSPITAL... WHY ARE THEY NOT GETTING FIRED?????
