Throughout my pregnancy, her office was always so helpful -- answering my questions as an anxious first-time mom and fitting me in for last-minute appointments when needed. My delivery was long and stressful, but Dr. Morales helped me stay calm the entire time. She worked closely with the NICU team to safely deliver my son and ultimately save his life. I had a C-section with my husband by my side, and when I found out my baby needed to go to the NICU, my husband left to be with him. I was terrified of being alone in the operating room, so I asked Dr. Morales if my dad could come in to be with me. She allowed it without hesitation, and that meant more to me than I can put into words. I will forever be grateful for her care, compassion, and support during the most important and emotional time of my life. Thank you to the staff at Willow OBGYN for caring for me. From informing me on each part of the process to helping me think of what to include in my birth plan, I felt (and still feel) so supported. I also love her staff and the rest of the team as well! Nadia and Cassie, the nurse practitioners, are always incredible, and they are friendly and knowledgeable. With Dr. Morales, I have never felt rushed in any of my appointments-- she takes the time to listen and is not one to rush to prescription drugs when a problem arises-- she considers other methods as well, which is a big deal. As a patient, I absolutely feel seen and heard, and I am confident that I am in the best hands.

They used to be at a tower by the hospital, and they moved to this site not sure how long ago. They do digital paperwork so when you're in site everything is pre-processed. They are timely and the staff works like a well oiled machine. Dr. Hasty is such a progressive, intelligent, caring provider all around. She cares about her patients, and their situation. Additionally they have begun offering MedSpa services which is SUPER convenient and discreet for those interested. Bullied me into a birth control I did not want and did not acknowledge my concerns when I expressed the side effects of the birth control. Now that I have gone to a new doctor's office repeating the same exact symptoms I originally told this clinic, they immediately ran tests, ultrasounds, and exams. I have been diagnosed with PCOS. She answered every single question I had in full detail...and trust me, I had a lot, some of them where off the wall what if questions and she never once made me feel stupid or as if I was a bother to her. I never felt like a number. I was known by name when I walked in the door! Now let me start on my actual treatments. My very first appointment was a consultation, and she did a ultrasound the same day so we could get the ball rolling. We found out I had a polyp, and she scheduled me for removal. After having my first HSG and suspecting my tunes were blocked and I was crushed, she was still optimistic, she scheduled me for surgery to see if it could be unblocked. It couldn't, and although I still had one tube, she advised that IVF would be best. Stem cycle...first off let me start by saying I was 28 when starting off, Dr James started me off on the normal dosage and while responded, my response wasn't what she wanted it do be, she gradually upped my dosage. I ended up with 28 eggs, 11 of the 28 were frozen at day 5 and 1 on day 6. FET#1 while it ended in a chemical, Dr James did a perfect cycle even while dealing with her own personal crisis, she never let me or any other patients fall by the way side. Fast forward to FET # 4 Dr James thought outside of the book, she never just once said well I don't know but let's just try this. She always took the time out to specialize treatment for me. I was allergic to so many things but she never gave up. I am now 23 weeks pregnant with twins!!! I am eternally grateful to Dr Summer James! I also recommended a friend to go see Dr James after having an unsuccessful cycle with another RE, Dr James was able to do the almost impossible, and my friend delivered a beautiful baby boy in February! I would recommend Dr. James over and over and over again with no hesitation. Even through my failed cycles Dr James was there! She never pressured me into anything, she always explained everything too me, explained her reason for why she was doing it and what the benefits were. I could go on for hours about how great she is. The year I'm preparing to depart this city, I find an Ophthalmologist, a Dentist & GYN I like (still working on that PCP). Anyway, Dr. Osowo listened. She believes in Body Autonomy, so you're informed & involved in your decisions instead of just being told what you should do. I felt that if I needed something and was unreasonable she would be clear & direct protecting her license and helping you help yourself. Now...I won't say it's a fast in and out. The long waiting period was in the waiting room the 1st time I went but it was also a mid afternoon appointment. My follow up appointment, I scheduled the 1st appointment of the day and I was in and out. If you're looking for a great GYN, look no more.

While at my new doctor's office, another patient shared her negative experience with Dr. O and it instantly reminded me of my own, which is why I feel it's important to finally share. I have given only 1 star because the girls upfront were somewhat nice . I ended up transferring to another provider ONE WEEK BEFOR MY DUE DATE after leaving my appointment with Dr.O in tears! As an African American woman It was really important to me to have a African/ African American doctor during my pregnancy, I was actually referred to Dr.O by a coworker who had nothing but great things to say. Day 1 I saw red flags that I chose to ignore. 1: the wait time is ridiculous just to be seen for 10 mins 2: Dr.O always made me feel as if I was a problem whenever I asked Any questions , it almost felt like she takes it as you're challenging her intelligence. 3: I dreaded every appointment because I felt like I was constantly being yelled at , chastised, talked down to or blamed for my heart rate being to high, or stupid things that I really couldn't control . 4: she has a way of talking to you like you're dumb or like youre an annoyance..I would question myself all the time like "maybe I'm being sensitive" or I would excuse her rudeness as just part of her accent or possible language barrier.. This was during the pandemic so I had to go to my appointments alone. I had no one to confirm if what and how I was feeling was legit.. so I constantly gave her chances thinking maybe I am the problem 5: the final straw was after she hit me during one of my exams. Dr.O would get really upset and yell at me because I would constantly flinch and jerk when she would try to check my crevix for dilation:. It was so painful and tender down there and I would tell her that I had a lot of pain, she pretty much threatened to sign me up from a c section since I was a weak woman and I couldn't handle one finger . So this last final time I went in again for another exam on my cervix sure enough I flinched again and she slapped me on my chin HARD , while her assistant was present !! I just remember jumping up off the table grabbing my purse and I told her SHE WOULD NOT BE DELIVERING MY BABY .. she called me by phone a few times to apologize which I NEVER returned. I did also noticed that after i stopped going to her office , she still continued to bill the HELL out of my insurance !!
