I've been visiting this establishment, once a month, since it opened. The employees taught me how to use my points and how to combine them for rewards. Today apparently everyone had been doing it wrong. It has been decided instead of honoring the precedent that they set and then state going forward we will use points differently, I was spoken to very rudely and unprofessionally. A fake acting, unprofessional ,rude manager intervened and made things worse. She made sure everyone heard her. The kind bud tender help me rework my order then the manager had it wrung incorrectly. When I pointed that out, I was called rude. The math was corrected and the manager threw my money back at me. The organization needs to understand you have patients, not " customers". You need to realize exactly what your purpose is. Your not a head shop.
