I would give less if I could. She pulled the wrong tooth out and blamed the patient, my mother.
After the extraction we called her to let her know it wasn't the correct tooth, she then told me it's my mums fault for rejecting the X-ray (that she was never offered) because she's cheap.
She told my mum to come back in and she would take the other tooth out, my mum was refusing because she was scared as is and didn't trust Dr Irene
I asked for out money back so we can go somewhere else, she refused
As I kept trying to get something solved the reception would leave me on hold and then hang up on me, tell me they'd call me back but never did
I told Irene I would be making a formal complaint, only then did she request us to sign a piece of paper stating we wouldn't make this complaint and gave us the money back.
