I offered to send photos and their rep told me she had no way of receiving photos. She hung up on me. I never implied that it was done on purpose. I told them I figured it was a loading accident. They have refused to make it right. On top of that, they shorted me materials by a third! They refuse to give me a refund or deliver a new load. I wish I had read their reviews before I ordered.
