When I repeatedly called asking, "when will you start paying my daughter?", the wife would always tell me he's busy with a patient, I'll get him to call you back", but he never did. When he finally answered himself, he asked to send dates/ hours, she had spent working... but they said after a few weeks with no response, they lost this information I sent them. After sending them another copy, of the dates and hours she'd worked for them, they again didn't respond at all... I continued to contact them, the wife outright lied , telling us , she had only worked a few days there, even though I myself would often call, for months, dozens of times late at night, hours after she was due back ...and speak to this same woman , the wife, asking her "when will she be leaving, it's after 7:30pm, she's meant to have left hours ago, she's only fifteen, it's winter and it's freezing, she needs to catch a bus home, and you're not even paying her". She finally left when I made her realise, they have no intention of paying her... I became so upset i threatened to take legal action , because he and his wife started to hang on on me whenever I called, demanding for them to do the right thing and pay my daughter for her hard work. At one stage when his son answered the phone he swore and threatened me, that he'd come to our place. My daughter was young and trusting, she worked hundreds of hours in a surgery with such a rude, greedy, arrogant, deceitful couple, giving not only much dental assistance, that could be sometimes grousome, but also catering to every demand, doing all cleaning duties, staying back as ever long as they demanded, in a room so small, you could barely swing a cat, and in return was abused and ripped off. Stay clear of this place, everything I've stated here is the absolute truth, they're not to be trusted. Relatives attend this surgery for appointments, be aware of this when reading other reviews Zero stars wasn't an option when posting this review, they don't deserve one star in my opinion

Charming not sculptor not your supposed to be a dentist …read more i have endured 7 years of pain and over $20,000 in costs because of very poor work done by this dentist . If its care and quality work you want forget PaulS he is not about the patient. He has left me in such a bad way with my teeth and will not correspond to me its been a harrowing experience Trust me when i say choose a different dentist I have a duty to the community of Earlwood / Bardwell Park this Dentist is not accountable for his mistakes and leaves the patient for dead This dentist left me no other choice but to review and complain to the dental board.
