I was sent an invoice by this office for medical services performed. I have never been to Kansas…read moreand have never visited Dr. Mitchell. I tried to clear up via phone but was unsuccessful. When I called the office, a person who was not very good at English asked me for a copy of my drivers license and social security via fax. I was appalled. I asked them to look up the patient's information in the computer and change the invoice to the correct person. They refused to do so. The real patient, who they refuse to contact, will most likely be overdue on his payments because he does not have the bill, and I do? They did not seem to care when I mentioned this fact. This office seems to run like a scam, as the guy who cannot speak very good English told me this has happened before. If you receive an invoice from this office, STAY AWAY.

While I was there, I decided to get a few beauty treatments and I'm truly happy with the outcome. I gave Dr. Rane 5 stars because she is just as brilliant as the plastic surgeons at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis Missouri. I highly recommend.

This is TOTALLY ILLEGAL TO DO. They can't send random records over fax without a doctors note. But the doctor won't give you a note until he gets the records
