Most places understand that when you are traveling to a new country to do a medical procedure there is a lot of fear and confusion and will typically pick you up from the airport and transport you to the hospital and other appointments you may have. Do not expect to find that level of care here. They will simply tell you to figure it out. They will also advertise a really low and affordable cost to you but once you arrive you have to fork up at least $500 more in costs for medicine and post op tests. The "package" that they sell you means nothing to them they will continue to find ways to charge you. The only reason I chose this place (and the reason they get 2 stars) is because of the surgeon and that is the only reason I would ever recommend it. Dr. Elenes knows his way around a sleeve. Be prepared to have an awful experience at the hospital. The attention and care the nurses provide is horrendous. They do not care that you just had a major surgery done, they are brutes. They pushed medicine into a burst vein and instead of doing something to help the pain (of this as well as the surgery) they told me to suck it up. To make matters worse, they will be live streaming your procedure without consent and won't even mention it to you after the fact. If you've always wanted your unconscious, naked body to be all over the internet this is the perfect place. They make you feel like you can trust them but the sad fact is, you cannot.

I called in advance to see when was the best time to go in and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I went in and I was able to be seen quickly. The dental assistant who took my x-rays was very nice and polite; she would apologize to me because she could tell I was in pain. I then waited to see the dentist but the wait was not very long he did his general exam and referred me to an oral surgeon. I'd give this place 5 stars but since I haven't had any actual procedures done I'll give it 4 for the promptness and friendliness of the staff. Seems like a nice quick place to come get your annual cleaning done.

Me anestecio y ni me hizo ningun cambio mas que dejarmelos mas flacidos sin reducir medida. Su enfermera me maltrato. Me grito y me regañaba obligandome a que yo misma recojiera mi ropa del suelo cuando estaba recien operada y no podia nisiquiera caminar derecha recien operada. He gave me a hideous belly button, a lower belly, flabby skin I didn't have before and nothing can fix it now (i haven'thad kids). It wasn't lipo so i should have been left with loose skin. He gave me dog ears and got mad at me for bringing this up Also my scar was left so high I needed revision. I also paid him to do.lipo on my arms and when I woke up he hadn't done them. 6 months later he supposedly did them. He put me under anesthesia and didnt even do any favorable change on me. He just left me hanging flabby skin without even changing their size. His nurse mistreated me. She yelled at me so I would pick up my own clothes from the floor when I couldn't even walk straight days after surgery. They also failed to provide me with my girdle post op I should have it on immediately before leaving the hospital and I didnt get one until many days later which affects the surgery outcome.
