The rooms are clean, beautiful parks and great swimming pools, live singing performances at night time, a very good kitchen and tons of varieties of food. All the waiters are friendly and quick service. There is also a restaurant which is open for snacks 24 hours. The spa is great for massage. I would highly recommend turkish hamam with full body coffee scrub. Didn't like the pedicure from the salon because there wasn't no massage and scrub. She basically did my french tip nail that was started to chip after 2 days. The beach is only 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Vey fewer activities are open during winter time. Recommend checking weather because half of the pools were closed due to rain and cold.

You can imagine the waiting times. - very good kitchen and a great choice of food...but a completely disorganized restaurant service - a beautiful park and great swimming pools - a very good beach service and great activities - a male animation team that is disrespectful of women - a very good child club with wonderful people - multicultural environment with guests from all around the world - friendly reception...but they probably get a bonus when they upsell you something... - a good Spa - great evening shows and parties but nobody never sleeps before midnight! Nevertheless... 3rd time in Turkey and the best hotel so far... Would need a few weeks coaching to get it completely right + plus an investment in elevators and tubes
