What a TERRIBLE establishment. I am a foreign student. I was trying to buy a phone with a SIM card…read morethat had the ability to call internationally, so I could call my dad for emergencies. My dad and I were trying to ask them if the SIM card could be used to call him. Without answering our question, they whipped out a phone and put a SIM card in it, then told us to pay up. When we tried to call my dad to test it out, it didn't work. We asked them why it wasn't working. The woman proceeded to take us to two different turkcell shops and at each one the employees shrugged and told us they didn't know what was going on. It almost seemed like they weren't really trying to help us, but were really just using a tactic to make us give up and leave without a refund. When we asked for a refund they argued with us, and when I got angry they told me to change my tone or they wouldn't do anything for us. WOW WHAT COMPLETE BULLSHIT. EXCUSE ME for expecting respect as a customer. They refunded us for the phone but still wanted to charge us for the SIM card. Thanks for acting bothered when there is a problem with YOUR PRODUCT all the while criticizing MY BEHAVIOR.
