I did a lot of travel to Zaragoza for business over 4 months time. I am so sorry that I did not find this place until the last week of my last visit to this lovely town. I have had Croquetas before, as I grew up in Miami and Croquetas are a staple of Cuban food. However, I've only ever had ham, chicken, and crab croquetas. This place blew my mind! The variety was almost overwhelming. I definitely recommend the black rice croquetas, as well as the ham and nuts one. Actually I would recommend picking a variety even if the combinations are wierd (Chicken and chocolate croquetas, really? game on!). The croquetas are in a display case, and they don't cook them until you order them. Its as good to stop in for a snack and a glass of Rioja as it is to set up at one of the tables and spend the evening sampling different offerings along with wines. I heartily recommend this place, and will make it a point to go back if I am ever in Zaragoza again read more
