In particular, there were wildly differing opinions about the appropriate listing price because there were few "comps" in my area. But Rick seemed up to the challenge, and he proved that he certainly was. After I hired Rick, he did an in-depth marketing analysis using five different marketing models to try to determine the best listing price. He also agreed to list the property at a higher price at my request; so we set up a strategy for the following months in case it did not garner enough interest at the higher price. Then Rick went to work with staging and a photographer and open houses. Happily, Rick brought me three offers within two weeks. If I could give them negative stars, I would. They were not even the original property management…read morecompany that owned my rental property. Their company bought a lot of houses from the original company. We found out they were going to be our landlord by having some random guy knock on our door. They are attempting to steal my security deposit from me. They made claims that were simply not true. I have taken them to small claims court and won. They didn't even bother to show up. They still have not returned my funds even though they are legally required to do so. To call them slumlords don't even begin to cover it. Don't trust these frauds with your money.
