The place needs new carpet and furniture and a complete deep cleaning. The bathtubs were filthy. We were supposed to be supplied with basics, like hand soap and dish soap and the containers were all empty. The microwave didn't work at all. The internet did not work for part of our stay. It was $389.79 a night. They did take off $150 for our complaints. I would have picked up and went somewhere else but there was no availability the weekend we were there.

Very old school mindset. No online portal to pay your rent, have to mail in a physical check. and…read moreif you have maintenance issues, you have to call in to let someone know, and you aren't given a timeframe on when somebody might stop in to fix an issue (was surprised on a Saturday afternoon one weekend to a knock on my door). People in the office are nice enough to deal with. You are better off to call, email could take a while to get a response if at all. One of the tenants in the building I lived in had someone not on the lease living in their unit, and both smoked in the building. They were made aware of the issues, but continued to allow the person not on the lease to live in the building. They will dock you for everything little thing when you move out. So please, document everything and take lot of pictures to protect yourself.
