You would think these people would take the extra steps to verify ownership before releasing your vehicle. They didn't take the time at all and I suffered the consequences by having my car stolen and totaled. The owner, Mike is unprofessional, sleezy, and untrustworthy. Pretty much would do anything to protect his face and business. Cannot get his side of the story straight. Lied and made excuses. Only cares about so-called "efficiency" rather than safety for the customers when providing constructive criticism. He will not invest back to properly train their employees on basic valet safety measures and professionalism. They had so many opportunities to help make it right and the have failed to do so. I will attach photos of my car before and after the incident. Ironically, you can see the valet number still attached to my car when they found it. Word of Advice: Do not trust your car with 3rd Coast Parking. Save yourself the headache.

Jose Brito was very responsive. In December, he returned my call promptly and submitted a quote within days. He was equally responsive two days before the event. Their service was impeccable. The drives were punctual, even in the inclement weather, their uniforms were clean and they were immensely polite and professional. They even helped some of our guests in with their packages (above and beyond). We are extremely grateful that Mr. Brito was able to accommodate us on very short notice. The rates beat most other lots in the area and they have a rewards program so you can earn free days over time. While FP&R does not have the same amenities that Wally did (free bottled water, valet, covered parking), the lot is very close to the airport and we typically do not have to wait long for a shuttle to come either to the airport or to where we have parked. The shuttles can be a bit rickety--some of them squeak and rattle so much I keep expecting a window to just come detached as we make the turn onto Howell Avenue, but it hasn't happened yet! Outside of that, the only complaint is that the drivers can be a mixed bag. Many are helpful and friendly and others seem to be just as likely to chuck you out the door as your bag.
