Last night we went to the asylum. My first ever experience like this. We had a large group of 8 and…read morewere split up, which we understood. I really enjoyed going through. There were lots of times when you couldn't see anything or when it was totally strobing lights. There were also live actors during this time who would get very close to you and speak in your ear. The experience was fun. However, when we reached the end and walked outside we were followed by one of the actors who basically verbally assaulted us and cussed us out because he felt like one of us punched him in the face. The manager looked on and didn't stop the actor. This was really unprofessional. We moved to the parking lot to chat as a group, shortly after two of their staff came to our car and asked us in a pretty angry way to leave the facility. What was a great experience and memory which was definitely ruined by their poor handling of this situation. I won't be recommending this place to others.
