A water pipe in my kitchen wall froze and burst early February 2019, so my kitchen flooring and…read morelower cabinets all needed to be replaced after sustaining water damage. Vigil N Sons was one of the few contractors that didn't turn their nose up at my small job - many of those I reached out to for quote either ignored me or came back with "we aren't doing any work with an estimate less than $20,000". Aaron was extremely easy to work with, and I'm a very picky individual. He went out of his way to make sure I got the cabinets, flooring, and colors all exactly as I wanted. He was happy to provide suggestions for what could be installed but was also equally happy to use the materials I specified within the provided budget. He originally quoted 3-4 days to complete the work once it started, and even with inclement weather getting in the way, he still got the work completed in 3.5 days. I've waited a month after the work was completed to write and post this review, and I have to say the level of quality started out high and has remained that way. Everything has remained solid, the flooring hasn't developed any creaks, and everything is still securely assembled. I will certainly quote any future work with them first and foremost, and highly encourage anyone else to do the same!

Moses and Aaron Salazar, whom I affectionately call, "The Prophets," undertook two major commercial…read moreprojects for our company during the sweltering summer heat just before I ventured off to consult in China. The first project was in their city, Corpus Christi, and involved painting the broken face concrete exterior of a 50,000 square foot mixed use building. The weather was so hot and so windy that the use of spray equipment was not feasible. Rather than wait for the weather to change, The Prophets proceeded to personally hand paint the entire building, right along with their crew. They also painted the inside office spaces, one without any charge whatsoever. The client was very happy, as were we. A month or so later, the same client had a similar structure needing the same work many miles away, in Beaumont. We were unable to find any company in the area with the same level of expertise as S&S, so I pleaded with them to take the job and help us out. Again, Moses and Aaron came to the rescue, and did another outstanding job, this time three and a half hours from their home. This is, by far, the best painting company I have ever been associated with. I am also pleased to be able to call Moses and Aaron very good friends after the work experiences we had together. They are not only great painters, but very good people. If you need something painted right, call The Prophets!
