All because she "did more research" on the product and that "a lot of customers" were interested. When I approached the dresser on Wednesday there was no price, I asked for the manager to price it. She told me it'd be $100, then mentioned the early bird special. Which then I proceeded to tell her I'd be back for it then. Upon walking in my grandmother and I were greeted by the mother of the book store owner. I hate that I did not get her name but she was so sweet and so was her granddaughter who was there working with her today. I got three books and two stickers to add to my junk journal which I am so excited about. The prices here are reasonably priced and I love supporting small businesses let alone Women and Black Owned business. The set up meets coffee shop/ library and it's beyond cute a lot of photo opp opportunities. There is also a kids section if you have a little one ! My fav section of the bookstore was the reading room LED sign with the yellow chair that I was told is called "The Queens Chair". I cannot wait to start my new reads and visit the bookstore again!
