The coil springs needed slight tightening to hold the majority of the door weight. I'm always impressed when I see these guys crank down on these things that are under a crazy amount of pressure. Dan from Prestige made it look easy. I know from trying it myself, that it's not easy and quite scary to mess with. The belt fix was a necessity. Everything is working and sounds as if it were as good as new. Dan also sprayed silicone on all wheels and hinges. I will be calling Prestige again next time. Highly Recommended! Worth every dollar!
