I took my Fit Bit watch here to have a new battery fitted which involves removing a few screws taking out the old battery and putting in the new one which needed two small wires soldering A new person has now taken over the business and he told me he would do it. I made phone calls to see if it was done over about three weeks and he told me that he kept getting interrupted when he was tryouts to do the job. After four weeks I called round to the stall and he still hadn't fixed it but said he would take it home so he could fix it with no interruptions and it would take ( three hours ).After another week I called round again but there was a lady behind the counter and when I told her he kept making excuses she didn't seem to believe me and rang him . On the phone call he told her it had been waiting to be picked up for the last two and a half weeks as he must have forgot I was stood there talking to him a week before and he took my phone number again and said he would ring when it was done ( no phone call in that week)In total it took five weeks to fit the battery but one of those weeks he was on holiday.
