The lovely people at Douglass Pathology in Turramurra seem to sense that. They know you're nervy and their sunny personas do well to quell it. But more importantly, they're bloody good at their job (terribly lame pun intended). Wielding butterfly needles and deft hands, blood is taken in a pinch (another awful pun intended).
