If I could give a negative mark I would I was affected by the storm on June 13th used Mr Douglas as a referral! He went over what he would be taking care of being that one of the trees on top of my home had a part of it inside my home, he stated he was responsible for removing ALL FOURT TREES FROM ROOF and the TREE INSIDE as well. To date the portion of the tree is in my home; the payment was sent to me by insurance company I called to informed I had payment and I'd send it off I question the portion of the term and then was advised they wasn't going to remove it, well the exact words was he never said he was, I then stated it must have been in between his smoking weed on my premises and completing the next job that he forgot! yes I have video, Then I was sent a threaten text due to payment not received, well I advised I don't control the mail and it had been mailed! When I advise I'm completing something I do it my word is all I have, when I informed my review would reflect the negative I've received his wife stated they've received far more GOOD than BAD so it didn't matter! BOTTOM LINE THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED VERY GOOD LIARS I SHOULD HAVE CASHED CHECK AND PAID CRANE COMPANY AS THEY COMPLETED THEIR PORTION OF THE JOB. Apparently there is no customer service training at all. I was recommended by a friend to Douglas for a tree removal. 2 weeks after they were supposed to come out for an estimate, I finally hear from them. Then, when I have called (about 5-7 times total) to set up a time for the tree to be removed, either noone answered, and not once did I get a call back. Terrible service, and I am upset that you're mandated to give at least 1 star, when they deserve none. I do not recommend this business, but apparently it does not matter and they don't need the business anyway. read more
