Amazing customer service and nice environment! Definitely worth visiting if you're deciding to which Douglas to go!

Rude manager named ALICE at Douglas Palladium Prague, Czech Republic! I wanted to exchange the product I bought just an hour ago because I didn't see that it was not the right one I asked for. Went back to the store to exchange it (not return), but she insisted that I opened it (when I did not even receive it sealed myself but I didn't mind because I thought the shop is reputable) and certainly I didn't use it. Instead she and some guard in there threatened us to call the police. She said if I really want to complain, I should wait 30 days and I was just in Prague for a vacation. Clearly, they have some scheme to get rid of some products and they target tourists! read more
