The Leasing Agent that showed us the apartment never mentioned to us that we are not allowed to have come visit. nowhere for them to park they have to park across the no overflow parking and this was never communicated to us when we signed our lease when I them about parking they said there was guest but if you were staying more than 24 hours here you need a parking pass. Also not to mention you have to call and talk to property management several times in order to get an issue resolved, and you keep reminding them about the issue in order for it to be addressed. They are very disorganized and do not read in the lease or know their leases that people are signing I called asking about barbecues and just confirming what was in the lease and was told something completely different than what is actually in the lease. They are very uneducated with what people are signing and suck at communication. I will never buy or rent from them again.

    I am the DIY type of person. When it came to buying my home I started out on my own, believing…read morethat I didn't have the need for a real estate agent. I could not understand why I would pay someone to drive me around and point out the obvious features of a home. I can do all of that myself. I started by making my own appointments and seeing houses around the North End. Without fail the selling agents would ask me why I wasn't using a professional and then push themselves on me, at times even backhandedly insulting me for not using an agent. It was even more justification for not wanting to use one. Then I met Lisa. She was the listing agent on a home that had caught my eye. She was extremely friendly and gave me a tour of the place. It was a different experience during the walk around, it did not feel like she was trying to be my agent. Instead, Lisa was focused on her client and the house I was looking at. At the end she did offer to help me out if I needed it and left it at that. A week or so went by and I was not getting the results I had hoped for on my own. I called Lisa, remembering her amazing positivity and passion for the home she had shown me. Lisa got right to work for me and I had no idea it could go so smoothly. She spent the time to get to know me first and made the extra effort to understand what I was looking for; it was not the case of simply sending me listings via email. Lisa excelled in her knowledge of the North and East Ends. She has significant history and experience in the area and the insight that she provided was something a person cannot simply find anywhere. I felt that Lisa gave me time to look at the houses and draw my own conclusions, then she would offer her opinion and give me some insight about the home and area that I may never had considered. Not once did I feel that she was pressuring me to get into a home that wasn't right for me. When we looked at what is now my house, she could barely contain her excitement. It was as if she knew that it was the right place for me! Being an older home I had my concerns and as a DIYer I had some ideas about potential projects and renovations. Lisa quickly setup an appointment with a contractor she knew so that we could see if my plans were feasible. I think a lot of agents would have just nodded when I told them about my grand ideas, but Lisa took it to the next level and said let's see if this would work. I am now in that house and I could not be happier with my decision to work with Lisa!!

    First off they're so very "up to date" and "transparent" but then their website recommends sending…read moreVERY SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFO VIA UNSECURE EMAIL THAT IT IS WELL-DOCUMENTED THAT ALMOST ALL "FREE" EMAIL LIKE GOOGLE ETC. (WHICH MOST PEOPLE HAVE) SCAN FOR INFO THEY CAN SELL TO ADVERTISERS. I could never recommend them just for this one policy/ recommendation/ requirement. People have managed to accurately verify others' identities and histories without predatory and risky personal info practices for DECADES, and still can if they actually care about their neighbors and not just themselves and the owners. And are background checks done on owners? They can have violent histories as well, even if they have money or property, and be a security risk to their clients, and they have access to their HOMES AND BEDROOMS. And just because you CAN raise the rent hundreds of dollars upon lease renewal on a long-time years long tenant (that long because they pay on time and are good tenants) and up to the "market rate," and just because it is good for the owners' pockets and yours, doesn't mean its best for OUR COMMUNITY/ COMMUNITIES. You'd know if you spoke to even a couple of the single people, single parent families, other families, and elders, who I personally know, let alone the stories I just hear about over the last 5-8 years, who have been made homeless for months or even a few days or weeks because there's no concern for raising the rent in more reasonable increments that people might possibly be able to absorb over time... and keep being good and happy tenants! And boasting about 50,000 per year increase for landlords who don't actually care about their neighbors as themselves isn't a good look, especially when rents have TRIPLED in some cases in just 5 years... before that they were pretty stable/ rose maybe 5% a year on average for many years prior to that. But then at least you seem to actually repair things that aren't legally mandated, like the A/C when it goes out in mid-summer, unlike other common property owners I know of, so I gave another star. It's disheartening and downright infuriating to see so many people have moved here in droves from elsewhere, CLAIMING to embrace "conservative" values and then go on to clearly be ecstatic to just "get theirs" like almost every other "liberal" ever (I put both in quotes because apparently neither means anything such as truly caring what our Creator wants or what our fellow humans need and what benefits us ALL to build one another UP and to bear with ONE ANOTHER'S burdens so we're all stronger and more capable and resilient). I've been in multiple positions so I recognize comeuppance, the eagerness to gentrify and "make better" while actually pillaging (hello Garden City and Eagle and Kuna most recently) what used to be a state and communities that were a TINY bit affordable, especially for single moms and elders In particular. Regular people (also made in God's image though!) Could be your aunt or cousin, if not your child or parent. or do you think you and yours will never experience health or government problems or that your savings will never be drained or stolen by a desperate health challenge or divorce or abandonment or death or other person or a desperate government that's run up trillions in debt for us all while claiming they're needed and even doing God's will?

I am a out of state owner and the communication is always very quick and responsive. They actually take care of the property as if they were the owners of the property.

They are amazing folks that are truly doing it right. They are so professional and friendly, and when I contacted them about a faulty fridge, they responded in less than twelve hours and said a new fridge was on the way! Talk about amazing service! When I was first in the market to rent, Cohesion had a perfect little property for me. I called about it, but it turns out someone had applied already, and in order for Cohesion to comply with fair housing, that meant I was second in line. I was bummed, but so impressed with that level of professionalism in a small company. They know what they're doing! I also know Heather and crew don't rent out places they wouldn't themselves be happy living in. When Heather told me this when I first looked at the property (back in summer 2017) I was really impressed. In addition, they properly ensure all tenants are fully vetted to take care of the property. What company has those kinds of standards anymore? I typically wouldn't review a management company but Cohesion has been so incredible to work with. I am going to be so sad when I leave Boise to have to rent from someone else. In short, I can't recommend Cohesion enough. They are an honest, amazing company and their dedication and professionalism to their company makes them one-of-a-kind. If you are lucky enough to work with them, rent from them! I seriously cannot speak highly enough of them.
