I finished the paperwork on January 16th,…read morethey filed on the 19th, and I was later told that they found out the date of the hearing on January 20th, the day after the hey filed. I got a call on February 3rd around 9 am letting me know that my hearing was that afternoon at 1 pm. About ten minutes after that call ended, I received another call from them notifying me that my lawyer had an appointment at 10:30 in another town and he wouldn't be able to make my hearing. I showed up at the courthouse anyway just in case and rescheduled my trial with the judge. I emailed them to let them know the date I rescheduled for and didn't hear anything back from them. I emailed them February 17th to let them know I was going to be there early and didn't hear anything back until my lawyer showed up. Once everything went through, I got a call in March letting me know that my file was closing and we would be getting a refund check. The check never showed up, so I called in late April to check on it. I was told I would get a call back about it in the next few days, but didn't hear anything. I called back the next week and was told that they would have to look into it amd get back to me. I didn't get the refund check until May 14th. I told my lawyer about the lack of communication and he blamed newer staff members. I told the lady at the front desk about the lack of communication and she blamed my lawyer. Everyone seems ready to blame other people instead of trying to find a solution for the lack of communication. I regret not reading the reviews first and seeing that many people struggled with lack of communication throughout their cases. Good price and everything got done, but the lack of communication was infuriating.

Just completed my lawsuit with AARON SACHS & ASSOC as my Attorneys. This is my true review for…read morethe year and a half process. First they are a big company, I never met or saw Aaron Sachs or Will Sachs, wish I had. IF you sign up be SURE the attorney assigned to you is actually "IN" the office working as I was assigned a remote attorney and he was hard to get a hold of. Additionally during the process I was wondering why the delay after they sent a settlement request to the Insurance company. Come to find out my Attorney FAILED to send the prepared package and it sat on a desk somewhere for OVER 30 days. At that point it appears Aaron Sachs discovered that as well, I received a call from I believe Will Sachs and was assigned a new attorney. From that point the communication got better, the case seemed to move much faster and I did receive calls and emails. I never heard from Will Sachs or Aaron from that point as well. It took about another 90 days to finalize my case, settlement I would have to say was fair, naturally I wanted and feel I deserved more. Received the money but the pain is still there. To summerize the process was very good at the start, even communication but the ball got dropped and was NOT noticed until I called and asked why there was a delay. I would have loved to do a 5 star rating but still ended up with a 4 star in all honesty. That is still a very good rating but I would never settle for any Attorney that did not have an office space and/ or worked remotely. Otherwise really had great service, response and the Paralegal working "Vicky R" did great. HOPEFULLY, I never need another Attorney again BUT if I do, I "would" go back to Aaron Sachs & Assoc......it would be nice though to at least meet the main Attorney in charge.
