My tablet screen was broken and Jeff offered to repair/replace it, but had never done it before on that particular item and wouldn't guarantee the work. I took my chances with him and he did an excellent job. It is now many years later (2024) and I've had to move to a retirement village where we have an IT department which takes care of most of our IT needs. Unfortunately my old, 5SE iPhone which I need because of manual dexterity problems, couldn't be repaired by the new, young tech and ended up in worse shape than before. The floating Home button cannot be eliminated, the regular Home button which had been difficult to push is permanently stuck. It is now Friday evening and I'll have to wait until Monday to somehow get the phone down to Peak Wireless and have Jeff and his crew work their magic on it.

This guy walked into my house, spun the container for the…read morewashing machine and literally five seconds after he got there pronounced that I had a $1,000 problem because the ball bearings were shot. My washing machine had been moved for some floor repairs so I really thought the problem was related to that so I said I don't think that's what the problem is. He said "how long have you been doing this?" Then he said "fixing washing machine?" Not only was it a rude thing to say, the way he said it was incredibly ugly and disrespectful. We talked a little further about what the washing machine was doing and I told him it was just not starting. And then I added it was holding up between cycles. And he said "well, which is it?" Again, super contemptuous and rude. It turned out that the person who moved the washer back into place after it was moved just didn't turn the water back on. That's all it was. So if you want someone to slapdash misdiagnose your appliance with a $1,000 problem and be hostile and rude when you ask for more information Mike's your guy!

Not to mention, he was at my home for under a half an hour and was extremely personable. I asked for a business card to tape to my refrigerator and he gave me a magnet- even better!
