That night it fell out so I went back the next day and ended up waiting outside 2 hours after they were supposed to open. I was then told there was nothing he could do. I was pierced by Brandon who was super nice, made me feel comfortable during the process, and informed me well about the after care of the piercing. They also have drinks and snacks there in case you need any to purchase before getting pierced or tattooed to help the process go smoother! Very thoughtful!

Even though I ran a little late for my appointment (so sorry, don't do this), they were still willing to help me out.
