As I am handicapped, I called ahead, talked to a Tech…read moreabout my needs, and in a few days dropped off my laptop. the staff came out to the car to receive my computer so I didn't have to unload my wheelchair, etc.!! A phone call a couple of days later the Tech gave me the "run down" on the repairs, the cost [was way lower than expected].. I called again, [easier than driving 50 miles!!], and was allowed to pay the bill, my driver will be able to stop and pick up my unit whilst I am in a medical appointment!! No extra trip needed, meaningful when you depend on public handicap transportation services!! THESE GUYS ROCK!!

This year we had an issue with our septic that turned out to be a nightmare and Eberl was so accommodating. What should have been a 2 day job turned into a month or so roller coaster due to issues created by the original plumber and the city. Every day there seemed to be a new issue. From the city pipes being higher that the septic pipes to there being a crack in the city pipe under our driveway. At every step Rick was helpful in letting me know everything that was going on and what they could do to solve the current problem. While all I was seeing was dollar signs he was finding solutions. I am happy to say that this ordeal is over and all is super good because Eberl did the work. Thanks guys! You are awesome!

After 3 attempts from BAC, they stop responding to my emails and calls. When I emailed the owner in 2/23, (Brad Arends) he promised to lix the awning. Despite several emails from myself, I haven't received another communication from him.
