I arrived on time for my appt. Apparently my stylist was still at lunch. I reminded her I was having a hair mask treatment -wash & blow dry with styling. Once I got in my chair for blow dry all was well till time to style. She kept looking at her watch every minute or so. Styling was terrible I could see two ladies waiting for their beauty treatment. I finally said that's fine & got out of chair I felt she was rushing -my hair looked terrible & I just wanted to leave. I should have said something but at this point I just wanted out of salon. This place was a recommendation that I regret. I'm new in the area. I showed a picture to The girl who cut my hair. It was basically adding layers to my shoulder length hair. The stylist looked at it and said ok. Those were the last words I heard from her. Not at all personable, didn't ask questions and didn't give what I was wanted. Pass this place up! read more

I was very disappointed in how I was treated at this salon. It has been a few months because I was too hurt/angry to attempt to write anything useful then. I understand people are nervous about the pandemic, but when a little girl young enough to be my daughter, begins to harass me about how I was wearing my mask, and then after the 4th time coming over to me, she attempts to teach me how to wear it! I have been wearing surgical masks in my job since before she was born! The girls there are beautiful, but do NOT change stylists if yours is busy, they will punish you for it. They seem to forget what customer service is about....the customer! Many of us can only come to get our hair cut on our days off and are forced to change stylists sometime. Don't do it there, they will shun you! They are too expensive for the service, gossip about other patrons, and I know I'll never go back! read more

I can't believe this place doesn't have any reviews! 1-this place is awesome. 2-every time I come here everyone is so friendly. 3- owners are twins. 4-when I'm in the area and I walk in they know my name. Even if I call over the phone the know my voice lol. Disregard caller ID. 5-place is so clean. 6-hair comes out better than expected. 7-they have enough staff. 8-they speak Spanish is you don't speak English. 9-this place feels like home. 10-there is another set of twins that do make up here. (Yes 2 set of twins here) 11-prices are unbelievable for the amazing job you get. 12-book an appointment because this girls are booked a lot. Specially the twins. 13-they have walk ins and they will do the is best to take care of you. 14-they will be straight honest on the wait time. 15-if you are in the area check it out. The inside is decor is very beautiful and the whole salon is very clean and looks up to date. Right away from the moment you enter you greeted by almost everyone. No matter if you are walk in or by appointment. They do walk ins, however, it's best if you do an appointment. The hair stylist are nice and. give you the best service possible. I will say though the prices are a little bit high. But you get what you pay for! I will return and will recommend them to all my friends and family. read more
